Terms & Conditions for Customization & Cutting Service

Dear Customer, please read the following terms carefully before completing your purchase:

  1. Product Quality:

    • All wigs sold on our website are made from 100% natural hair or as described on the product page.

    • Each wig is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure quality and that it is free from manufacturing defects.

  2. Cutting Service (Paid Add-On):

    • When selecting the cutting service, the wig will be trimmed according to your specifications.

    • Once the cutting service has been applied, the wig is no longer eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances, even if unused. This is because it becomes a customized product.

    • We recommend not selecting the cutting service unless you are fully certain of your desired measurements and style.

  3. Return & Exchange Policy:

    • Wigs may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of receiving the product, provided that:

      • The wig has not been used.

      • The wig has not been cut, styled, or altered.

      • It is returned in its original packaging and condition with all accessories included.

    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  4. Custom Orders:

    • Wigs made to order (custom size, custom color, or specific modifications) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
